 Ingredients

  • 2 kilos of clean pork loin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fine herbs

Preparation

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  2. SEASON pork tenderloin on both sides with salt and pepper; Combine the fine herbs with the garlic in a bowl.
  3. HEAT a large skillet and add olive oil; Sear the pork loin on all sides until evenly browned.
  4. ARRANGE the pork loin on the baking sheet and cover with the garlic and fine herb mixture; add cubes of butter over the pork loin.
  5. COVER with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes; After this time, remove the aluminum foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
  6. REMOVE the pork loin from the oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
