Yummy Vegetable Pie 

Ingredients for the Pasta:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Ingredients of the Stuffing:

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 large potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 chuchus
  • 1 big zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 1 pack of green scent

Pepper with a stingy smell

- Filling Preparation Mode:
I cooked the potato with carrot and chuchu for 2 minutes after it lifted the boil. I turned it off and drained it in the sieve, then I combined the raw zucchini and the other things (without the eggs), I put some olive oil that was enough to moisturize everything, a little salt and chimichurry, I mixed it really well and finished with eggs. You can also use corn, peas etc
- Pasta preparation mode:
Liquidate everything leaving last the yeast that should be placed at the end by pressing the pulse only to mix. In a greased and flourished form, pour out 2/3 of the dough, place the vegetable filling and finish covering.
Gently mix the pasta with the vegetables to even it out well and not leave any parts without stuffing, finish by sprinkling grated cheese or some dry seasoning if you like. Bake on medium 200° for about 40 minutes or until tender.
