INGREDIENTS: Tender chuck under pressure
- 8 crushed garlic cloves
- 3 chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1kg lean beef, cut into large pieces
- ½ tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 and ½l of water
- 500g sliced carrot
- 500g potato pieces
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a pressure cooker, fry the garlic and onion in olive oil until golden.
- Add the meat, salt, pepper, tomato, bay leaves and water.
- Cover the pan.
- Cook 40min after pressure comes.
- Open the pan, after removing the pressure.
- Add the carrot and potato.
- Let it cook without covering until the vegetables are soft.
- Let the sauce reduce.
- Serve it hot.
