 Pressure-tender beef chuck, you won't resist this recipe

INGREDIENTS: Tender chuck under pressure

  • 8 crushed garlic cloves
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1kg lean beef, cut into large pieces
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 and ½l of water
  • 500g sliced carrot
  • 500g potato pieces

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. In a pressure cooker, fry the garlic and onion in olive oil until golden.
  2. Add the meat, salt, pepper, tomato, bay leaves and water.
  3. Cover the pan.
  4. Cook 40min after pressure comes.
  5. Open the pan, after removing the pressure.
  6. Add the carrot and potato.
  7. Let it cook without covering until the vegetables are soft.
  8. Let the sauce reduce.
  9. Serve it hot.
