CHECK ROASTED IN THE PRESSURE COOKER

 Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of chuck meat
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Cumin to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

Preparation:

Step 1

Mix all the seasonings in a container, add the meat and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Heat the pressure cooker, add the oil, brown the meat lightly and add the seasoning sauce (do not add water).

Step 3

Cover the pan and when it starts to come to pressure, lower the heat and set for 1 hour (if necessary, leave it a little longer).

Step 4

The meat turns golden brown
